Fluffy Pancakes

A mini cake for all the foodies---  yes it is PAN-fried-CAKE

After all... almost all humans from every part of this earth must have ate pancakes. Because it is an easy to go dish for breakfast or a cake which can be cooked easily, tossing with less ingredients which just simply satisfies our cravings with the blink of an eye.

First of all there are variety of Pancakes which may vary in their shape, size, thickness or even their color. They are different for people living in every different countries or nations with their own style of cooking.

Trust me I have achieved perfection in cooking them. trying them most of the time when being lazy or just My love towards them  make me to cook it every time.

So guys just sharing this PanCake recipe with love

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour 1 1/4cup
Eggs 2
Baking powder 1 tspn
Baking soda 1/4 tspn
Salt 1 tspn
Sugar 2 tspns
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Milk 1 cup

Method

Mix together all the dry ingredients by sieving into a wide vessel. Add the remaining ingredients and give a smooth whisk. Heat a griddle or a nonstick pan in a medium heat and scoop a little batter onto it. Flip it around when you see tiny bubbles coming up.Just pat it with your spatula cooking for a minute more. The pancake you wished can be served with honey, butter or even maple syrup or a lso a melted chocolate combo.

Try this simple healthy breakfast all you loved ones. Switch the flour with even whole wheat flour or oatmeal flour to make it more healthy.
